Instructions for the buyer - how to buy an electronic voucher

• Please write the name of the person being gifted in the note.
• We will fill in the gift voucher with all the details for you.
• We will then email you a finished voucher which can either be printed or sent electronically.

Instructions for the donor - how to redeem the e-voucher

• Since the voucher is electronic, you need to enter the appropriate discount code in the Basket in the field under the name DISCOUNT CODE.
• The discount code is written on the back of the voucher.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months - the date will be entered electronically in the voucher.
• The voucher can only be redeemed once for the full amount.
• If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference can be paid in the form of a payment of your choice.
• It is not possible to refund an unused voucher.
• For shipping, please choose Free personal collection. The voucher will arrive by email.
