Salt
When you say salt, it's the only real salt for us Redmon (RealSalt™) saltwhich is mined in an underground mine in the middle of the Utah desert. This mine is one of the oldest natural salt sources on earth, formerly the site of the prehistoric Sundance Sea.
Its age is estimated by geologists at 250 million years. This makes this virgin unrefined sea salt 100% pure, free of microplastics or other impurities. It contains more than 60 minerals and, on the other hand, no chemical additives, no added iodine or gluten. It has a unique "sweet and salty" flavor, for which it won the American Culinary Institute of America's Gold Medal for "Most Delicious Natural Salt".
