Hunter & Gather was founded by a British couple - Amy, a lifelong sufferer of celiac disease, and Jeff, a self-described experimenter with different approaches to healthy eating. The company's philosophy is to create healthy, nutritious and maximum quality products. All of this, of course, with respect for the environment and maximum transparency towards customers. They base their products on healthy fats such as avocado, coconut, ghee, tallow and butter produced by free-range cattle.
