Wholefood vitamins
Whole food vitamins are, as their name suggests, made from whole foods. Very simplistically, it looks like taking a food in which a particular vitamin is very concentrated, it is dried and ground and can be taken either in capsules or as a powder.
In this way, you can get much more of this highly nutritious food into you than would be possible fresh. Another advantage of this type of dietary supplement is that you get it exactly as nature intended, i.e. with all the auxiliary substances that work synergistically with the main active ingredient, promote its absorption, etc.
