Preparation Instructions
1) Bring fresh water to a boil and then let it cool slightly until it reaches 95 °C. If you don't have a thermometer, let the water stand for about 2 minutes after boiling.
2) Use 1.5 teaspoons of mint tea blend per cup (180 ml). If preparing a larger quantity, adjust the amount of tea blend proportionally to the volume of water.
3) Place the tea blend into a tea strainer and insert it into a cup or teapot.
4) Pour the prepared water at 95 °C over the tea blend. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes to release all the healing and flavourful components.
5) After 5 minutes, remove the strainer with the tea blend. The tea can be served immediately.
If desired, sweeten the tea with honey or add a slice of lemon for an even more refreshing taste.
