Frequently asked questions
Who can earn points?
The programme is for registered retail customers. Guest orders do not earn points, and wholesale accounts are excluded.
What do I get when I join?
You receive 2,000 welcome points, worth €2.40 when redeemed. Membership is free; you earn more points as you shop.
How do BIO, BIO+ and VIP work?
Your tier depends on how much you have spent in the past 12 months: BIO up to €199.99, BIO+ from €200 and VIP from €480. Higher tiers earn more points, and previous orders count when you register.
Who can receive referral rewards?
Referral rewards are exclusive to VIP members. You will find your personal link in your account, and you can earn a reward on the referred customer's first three completed orders.
When will I receive points for an order?
Points are credited 30 days after you place your order.
What is the minimum order value for using points?
You can use points when the goods in your basket total at least €60, excluding delivery. Points can cover up to 15% of the order value.
How long are loyalty points valid?
Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited.
Can I use points with a discount code?

Points awarded for returned items are deducted from your balance.
