What is Hempanol-CF

Hempanol-CF - Full Spectrum Hemp Oil Drops are the latest product from North American Herb & Spice that combines the best and most effective properties of the whole herb, not just the isolated form.

Hemp oil is particularly rich in vitamins A, D and E. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant that protects cell membranes from free radical damage. It also contains a substance called cannabidiol, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic effects.

Dosage

• As a preventative measure, take at least 10 drops under the tongue daily and hold as long as possible for optimal absorption.
• Leave for at least 60 seconds and then swallow.
• 60 seconds is exactly the time needed for the oil to be absorbed by the blood vessels under the tongue directly into the blood, effectively avoiding the first stage of metabolism in this way.
• Ingest the oil at least 30 minutes before meals. Shake before use.

Warning on oil consistency

The liquid can be thick and sticky - it is oil. In case you have trouble getting the oil out of the bottle, you can put the closed bottle in warm water (max 40°C) for a short while. If you are left with congealed extract at the bottom of the bottle, you can add a little edible vegetable oil and stir.
