The wild vital chaga mushroom is a rich source of nutrients including B vitamins, beta glucan, minerals, sterols and enzymes. • Chaga - Chaga is a wood-destroying fungus of the leathery family.
• It grows most often on birch trees, but less frequently on other deciduous trees in northern Europe, Russia and in colder areas of Asia and North America.
