Gluten-free foods
Gluten-free foods are suitable not only for coeliacs, but for everyone who wants to lighten their diet and improve their digestion. These foods are made from a special type of oatmeal or from naturally gluten-free flours such as buckwheat flour , kamut flour or various types of nut flours, etc.
Nowadays, almost everyone suffers from some degree of gluten intolerance. As a cereal with a high gluten content, wheat is found in virtually all commonly available foods. Excessive consumption of one ingredient can lead to the development or at least milder manifestations of food allergy.
