What Are Functional Teas (Elixir Collection)
Elixir refers to functionally designed herbal/tea blends for everyday rituals: from gentle uplift, through daytime balance, to evening wind-down. The essence of each blend lies in carefully selected herbs that work together in harmony of taste and aroma.
How to Use the Collection
- Morning: fresh blends (herbs/citrus, or green/black tea) for a light start.
- Midday: balanced herbal profiles for a “reset” between tasks.
- Evening: caffeine-free — gentle calming before rest.
Herbs & Flavour Profiles
- Fresh & citrus: mint, lemongrass, verbena, citrus peels.
- Floral & delicate: chamomile, petals; a hint of sweetness.
- Warming spices: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger — a rounded, comforting cup.
Brewing & Serving
Steep herbal blends for 3–5 min at 90–95 °C. For tea bases (black/green/oolong/white), follow the product guidance. In summer, try an iced preparation (concentrate → over ice).
Serve plain or with a drizzle of honey. For a softer profile, add a splash of milk or a barista-style plant milk.
How We Select (Pravé Bio)
- No-nonsense recipes: short, clear lists; no artificial flavourings, colourings or fillers.
- Quality & origin: focus on the fresh aroma of herbs/spices and transparent origin/processing.
- User experience: we test hot and iced serves and easy home brewing.
- Caffeine: purely herbal blends are labelled caffeine-free; tea-based blends clearly show caffeine content.
- Ethics & tradition: we value honest hand blending and the brand’s inspiration in family tradition.
