Wow! What can I say. I have been taking this Oreganol juice for less than a week and my energy levels have increased significantly! Your body knows it needs a certain nutrient, the problem is figuring out which one your body needs. You have to be persistent and not give up.

So, to make a long story short, I ordered another bottle and I ordered one for my dad. And now for the taste. She's not that great. You'll have to come to like it, and even then the bitterness will seem a bit much. But the benefits are great. In fact, the juice might taste like kerosene and I'd drink it.

I am not taking the recommended 2 tablespoons yet. Anything new I introduce into my body, including a vitamin, I take minimally at first. I am currently taking 2 teaspoons instead of 2 tablespoons. I also keep it in my mouth until the slight burning dissipates (don't worry, it's not that bad). It only takes about 30 to 45 seconds. Do this for faster absorption into your body.

I have also noticed that if I take a little just before bed, I sleep deeply and usually have pleasant dreams. Part of it may be that I bought a couple of new pillows as well, but the combination definitely helped. Try it.
