Olives and tapenades
Like extra virgin olive oil, olives are one of the world's most delicious and healthiest foods, combining divine flavour with highly protective nutrients. Black Greek olives of the mono variety Kalamata or green olives of the mono variety Kolovi from acaia are among the best, which is confirmed by the many awards that their products consistently win.
They're great at any party, great for nibbling, and not to be missed on pizza and in many other dishes. There are no limits to imagination. Olive tapenades can be used in the production of spreads, for flavouring homemade mayonnaise or, of course, you can just eat them on a spoon.
