Lotions and tonics

Natural lotions and tonics are part of the second step in skin care. They are designed to cleanse, refresh and soothe the skin after previous cleansing and make-up removal, and to add moisture, which is then locked in by the next care product.

And what is the difference between lotion and toner? Opinions differ on this, some say the difference is that lotions can contain alcohol and toners are strictly alcohol-free. According to the second theory, it is the same product and the only difference is that the term "lotion" is older, as the term "toner" came to us from translations of product names from French and English.
