Starting your day with fibre and organic quality has never been easier. Porridge, a.k.a. oatmeal made from flakes and bran enriched with high-quality dried fruits with a high vitamin C content, is a popular food all over the world.
The advantage of this porridge muesli is that you don't even have to cook it, but just let it stand in yoghurt or milk for about 3 - 5 minutes and everything softens beautifully even without a temperature transition. Ideal for travelling when you don't have a stove and pot.
Why did we choose Turtle brand from Belgium and not some Czech alternative?
Because the brand has its products certified organic, which, in today's chemical-centric agriculture, is important to promote. You don't want to eat grains full of pesticides and your grandmother can make it.
Unless the producer takes raw materials from organic growers that do not contain traces of herbicide fertilizers, there is no point in doing so. Local non-local, we only have one health.
We have not found a brand in the Czech Republic that is so strictly controlled and strives to ensure that all ingredients come from organic production. Plus, to have a good taste, texture and a choice of many types from granola to chips.
It's not just about producing locally, but producing well and well so that the result is worth it. If I settle for little or something inferior as part of some national or personal bias, so be it, but why, when I have a choice between organic and non-organic?

PROXIMITY - We buy ingredients from farms near our production facilities. Long-term agreements and cooperation exist between us and our farmers.
FAIRNESS - Our ingredients are purchased in accordance with high social standards set out in BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), SA8000 (Social Accountability), and ILO (International Labor Organization) specifications.
All our suppliers are members of the Sedex organization and ensure fair living and working conditions for farmers who grow our cocoa, sugar cane, and other ingredients that we cannot grow on-site.

Our cardboard boxes are made from 80% recycled fibers, and the outer packaging we use for transportation is 100% recyclable. Both are recyclable.
We are not here to advocate for plastics, but we also cannot avoid their use. Plastic preserves the freshness of food and keeps moisture and other microorganisms out. This protection significantly reduces the amount of food waste.
Plastic is recyclable, so by throwing away an empty bag in the appropriate bin, it gains another life, and the amount of newly created plastic decreases.
