Tablets with Royal Jelly, Korean Red Ginseng and Anatolian Propolis Extract A.P.E.®
Bee&You tablets with royal jelly, Korean red ginseng and standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.® combine five precisely quantified ingredients in tablet form. Royal jelly accounts for 36% of the formula, Korean red ginseng for 20%, standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.® for 20%, carob for 14% and cocoa for 10%.
Each 500 mg tablet contains 180 mg of royal jelly, 100 mg of Korean red ginseng and 100 mg of standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®. The formula also contains 70 mg of carob and 50 mg of cocoa. The manufacturer states that 180 mg of the royal jelly form used is equivalent to 630 mg of fresh royal jelly.
Royal jelly, Korean red ginseng and propolis are three distinct ingredients. Royal jelly is produced by young worker bees. Red ginseng is Panax ginseng root that has been steamed and then dried, while propolis is made from plant resins processed by bees and subsequently extracted for use in the tablets.
The pack contains 60 tablets / 30 g. At 2–4 tablets a day, one pack lasts approximately 15–30 days. The manufacturer describes the formula as free from added sugar, gluten, soya, dairy ingredients, GMOs, artificial colours, flavourings and sweeteners. Carob and cocoa contain naturally occurring sugars.
Who is this product for?
Designed for adults and children aged 11 and over who prefer a precisely measured tablet combining royal jelly, Korean red ginseng and standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®. The tablet format provides a fixed dose without the need for a dropper, measuring or combining several separate products. If you need independent control over the ginseng dose, a guaranteed ginsenoside content or a higher propolis concentration, a specialist single-ingredient product may be more suitable.
There are no specific health claims authorised in the European Union for royal jelly or propolis. We do not use unauthorised botanical claims for ginseng on this page. Instead, we set out verifiable information on the formula, quantities, origin, processing, directions and safe use.

Bee&You tablets – formula and format
Each tablet contains a precisely stated amount of all five ingredients. The figures below show the actual amount of each ingredient per tablet; the equivalent amount of fresh royal jelly is stated separately.
- Royal jelly 36% – 180 mg per tablet; the manufacturer states this is equivalent to 630 mg of fresh royal jelly.
- Standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.® 20% – 100 mg per tablet and 200 mg in 2 tablets.
- Korean red ginseng 20% – 100 mg per tablet and 200 mg in 2 tablets.
- Carob 14% and cocoa 10% – 70 mg of carob and 50 mg of cocoa per tablet; together they complete the formula.
- Tablet format – no need for a dropper, measuring or combining three separate products.
- 60 tablets – approximately 15–30 days at 2–4 tablets per day.
What does one tablet contain, and what do the percentages mean?
Each tablet weighs 500 mg, and the five declared ingredients account for its full weight. For a like-for-like comparison, it is important to distinguish the actual quantity of each ingredient from the fresh royal jelly equivalent and from parameters the manufacturer does not declare for this product.
1. Royal jelly makes up 36%
Each tablet contains 180 mg of the royal jelly form used. The manufacturer also states that this is equivalent to 630 mg of fresh royal jelly.
2. Ginseng makes up 20%
Each tablet contains 100 mg of Korean red ginseng. The label does not state a guaranteed percentage or amount of ginsenosides.
3. Standardised propolis extract makes up 20%
Each tablet contains 100 mg of standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®. This is an extract, not raw propolis taken directly from the hive.
4. Carob and cocoa make up 24%
Each tablet contains 70 mg of carob and 50 mg of cocoa. Together, they complete the ingredient list and contribute to the tablet’s natural flavour profile.
What does the fresh royal jelly equivalent mean?
The statement 180 mg = equivalent to 630 mg of fresh royal jelly means that 180 mg of the concentrated form used corresponds to 630 mg of the fresh ingredient. It does not mean that a 500 mg tablet physically contains 630 mg of fresh royal jelly.
What is Korean red ginseng?
Red ginseng is steamed and then dried Panax ginseng root. This describes the ingredient and how it is processed, but does not in itself indicate the ginsenoside content of the finished product.
Which characteristic compounds are not declared by the manufacturer?
These tablets do not state a guaranteed amount of ginsenosides, 10-HDA or polyphenols. These values cannot therefore be calculated from the total amount of ginseng, royal jelly or propolis extract.
How Bee&You sources and checks royal jelly and propolis — and how the ginseng is processed
According to the brand’s latest figures, Bee&You works with 5,000 contracted beekeepers and 500,000 contracted hives. The contract beekeeping system links beekeepers and registered hives to the harvesting of bee ingredients and their processing at the production facility. For the ginseng, the label confirms the form and amount used, but does not state the origin of the specific batch or standardisation to ginsenosides.
1. Contract beekeeping and hive standards
Before working with a beekeeper, Bee&You says it assesses the apiary location. Sites should be away from industrial facilities, waste sources, busy roads and pesticide-use areas, while remaining close to clean water sources. Contracted beekeepers agree not to feed the bees sugar or sugar derivatives. The brand supplies equipment for collecting bee products, purchases the agreed harvest and records the origin of the raw materials from beekeeper to production facility.
2. Sourcing royal jelly
Bee&You describes a controlled royal jelly harvesting process using frames with queen-cell cups into which young larvae are transferred. Worker bees fill the cells with royal jelly, which is then collected; harvesting takes place mainly in spring and summer. The brand reports a yield of around 20–25 g per hive per month. A peer-reviewed study involving the Bee&You Propolis R&D Center analysed 176 royal jelly samples for parameters including 10-HDA, moisture, pH and acidity; it did not analyse this finished product. The product label states both the actual amount of the form used and its fresh royal jelly equivalent.
3. Korean red ginseng
Red ginseng is produced by steaming and then drying Panax ginseng root. In this formula, the manufacturer declares 100 mg of ginseng per tablet, but does not state the age of the root, an extraction ratio or a guaranteed ginsenoside content.
4. Anatolian propolis extract and patented extraction
Contracted beekeepers collect propolis made by bees from resins found on plant buds, leaves and stems, then send the packed raw material to the Bee&You facility. During processing, waxes and other insoluble matter are removed. Bee&You uses its own patented method and designates the resulting ingredient as standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®; the full technical parameters of the patented process are not publicly disclosed.
5. Standardising the Anatolian propolis extract
Bee&You states that its in-house R&D centre works with propolis sourced from different parts of Anatolia and monitors selected parameters, particularly phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity. The aim is to limit natural batch-to-batch variation and maintain the monitored A.P.E.® parameters despite differences in location, season and botanical origin. A peer-reviewed study that also involved experts from the Bee&You Propolis R&D Center assessed the same parameters in 23 Turkish propolis samples.
6. Laboratory testing at three stages
The brand describes checks at three points: when bee-derived materials arrive, during processing and on the finished product. Its documentation refers to purity testing, selected antioxidant and microbiological parameters, and compliance with food-safety requirements. The exact scope of testing may vary by ingredient, product and batch.
What sets this formula apart
The label states that each tablet contains 180 mg of royal jelly, 100 mg of Korean red ginseng and 100 mg of standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®. Each tablet also contains 70 mg of carob and 50 mg of cocoa. The manufacturer states that the 180 mg of royal jelly used is equivalent to 630 mg of fresh royal jelly; this converted value is not added to the actual amount of the ingredient used.
Royal jelly, Korean red ginseng and propolis extract: a comparison
The three key ingredients are listed separately in the formula. For meaningful product comparisons, the actual quantity of each ingredient is what counts. Neither the fresh royal jelly equivalent nor the ingredient name alone tells you whether characteristic compounds have been standardised.
| Ingredient | How it is made | Typical formats | Role in this product |
|---|---|---|---|
| Royal jelly | A secretion produced by the glands of young worker bees | Fresh, stabilised, dried or used in blends | 180 mg / 36%; equivalent to 630 mg of fresh royal jelly |
| Korean red ginseng | Steamed and then dried Panax ginseng root | Powder, extract, capsules or tablets | 100 mg / 20%; no standardisation to ginsenosides stated |
| Standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.® | Plant resins worked by bees and subsequently extracted | Drops, sprays, capsules or tablets | 100 mg / 20%; weight of the finished extract |
How to compare royal jelly, ginseng and propolis tablets using the facts
An appealing list of ingredients is not enough in a combination supplement. When comparing products, look for the following.
Amount in the recommended serving
Compare the milligrams of royal jelly, ginseng and propolis extract at an equivalent daily intake, not just the pack size.Fresh royal jelly equivalent
Distinguish between the physical weight of the form used and the declared equivalent of the fresh ingredient. The two figures should not be added together.Ginseng standardisation
If ginsenoside content matters to you, look for a precise declaration; this product does not provide one.Origin and traceability
For naturally variable bee ingredients, it is useful to know how the brand works with beekeepers and how the product is traced from hive to finished product.Full ingredient list
Carob and cocoa make up 24% of this formula. Also check the full ingredient list, naturally occurring sugars, added substances and allergens.Batch and production controls
Checks on incoming ingredients, in-process materials and the finished product support traceability, but do not in themselves constitute a health claim. The key facts behind this formula
One tablet contains 180 mg of royal jelly, 100 mg of Korean red ginseng and 100 mg of standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®. The tablet format requires no measuring, while carob and cocoa complete the formula.

How to interpret the proportion of royal jelly, ginseng and propolis in the formula
The percentages show the ingredients’ share by weight in each 500 mg tablet. They are not evidence of synergy and do not indicate the standardisation of characteristic compounds.
Royal jelly makes up 36% of the formula. Each tablet contains 180 mg of the form used, which the manufacturer expresses as the equivalent of 630 mg of fresh royal jelly. The actual amount of the form used and its fresh royal jelly equivalent must not be added together.
Korean red ginseng and standardised Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.® each make up 20% of the formula. Each tablet contains 100 mg of each ingredient. An equal share by weight does not indicate the ginsenoside or polyphenol content, nor does it demonstrate synergy between the ingredients.
Carob and cocoa make up the remaining 24% of the formula, completing the ingredient list and contributing to its natural flavour profile. The manufacturer describes the formula as free from added sugar and artificial sweeteners.

What is propolis and what are its benefits
Propolis is a natural resinous substance that bees collect from the buds, leaves and stems of plants. Due to its sticky consistency and antimicrobial properties, they use it to protect their hive from pathogens.
The bees cover the walls of the hive with a layer of propolis, sterilizing the cells of the honeycomb and creating an ideal environment for the queen to lay her eggs.
Propolis also serves as a natural preservative - it protects honey, royal jelly and pollen from microorganisms in the hive.
The name "propolis" comes from Greek and means "before the city", symbolizing its role as the first line of defense of the bee colony.
Propolis is a rich source of bioactive substances, especially flavonoids, phenolic acids and terpenes, which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects.
These compounds can help fight free radicals, support the immune system and protect the body from infections. Studies show that propolis can be effective in treating fungal infections such as athlete's foot, for example, and its regular use can contribute to respiratory, skin and oral health.
However, in order for the human body to fully utilize its potential, it is necessary to extract the raw propolis using alcohol or other solvents, which increases its bioavailability and allows the release of the active ingredients.
BEE&YOU certification and quality
BEE&YOU places great emphasis on the quality and authenticity of its products, as evidenced by a strict four-stage inspection system. First, a preliminary analysis of raw material samples from contract beekeepers is carried out to ensure that they meet the required standards. The raw materials are then subjected to further testing in laboratories.
After processing on the production line, the semi-finished products are analysed before filling. Finished products, such as tablets, drops, sprays, syrups and cosmetic products, then undergo rigorous testing in laboratories right in our 10,700 m² production hall.
Finally, the products are independently tested by accredited laboratories and universities, ensuring their high quality. In the latest audit by the independent German organisation DQS CFS GmbH, the brand scored an impressive 98.06 points out of 100 in the IFS Food assessment and was awarded the prestigious BRC AA+ certificate.
BEE&YOU products are certified to local and international standards including GMP, BRC, IFS, SEDEX, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Kosher, Cosmos and Organic. These certifications cover food, dietary supplements and cosmetics. Thanks to these standards and rigorous quality management, the brand guarantees that each product not only delivers natural values, but also meets the highest safety and quality requirements.

In addition, the use of patented extraction technology ensures that all the active ingredients from these natural ingredients are preserved to the best possible extent, bringing maximum health benefits to the consumer.
Why Anatolian propolis is unique
Anatolian propolis comes from the unspoiled mountain regions of Anatolia, which is one of the richest regions in the world with more than 12,000 species of plants.
Thanks to patented extraction technology, this propolis has an extremely high antioxidant content - up to 80 times more than pomegranate juice - and contains at least 15 different phenolic and flavonoid compounds such as caffeic acid, quercetin and resveratrol.
Regular consumption of this propolis extract at the recommended daily dose can boost immunity, fight oxidative stress and contribute to the health of the whole body.
Moreover, Anatolian propolis is collected from one of the cleanest and least polluted environments on Earth, ensuring its high quality and purity.
The unique composition of this propolis is the result of the biodiversity of the region, where bees obtain raw materials from a wide range of plants rich in active substances, which gives it exceptional nutritional and therapeutic properties.
