This sea salt is unrefined and has a very mild sweet and salty taste without chemical additives, added iodine (it contains naturally sufficient iodine) and bulking agents. It is perfect for home fermentation. You have to try it.

RealSalt™ contains only naturally occurring minerals (60+), and was mined from one of the two oldest natural resources on earth, the ancient "Sundance Sea", which was once located in a vast area that included the area where Redmond, Utah is today. This salt is regularly analysed by independent biochemical and biophysical institutes in the USA. It is the best-selling real sea salt in the U.S. and its distinctive flavor was recognized in 2002 when it received the Gold Medal in the "Most Delicious Natural Salt" category from the Culinary Institute of America.

Finely ground Redmond Real Salt is suitable for regular table salting and cooking. It is suitable for gluten-free diet. You can choose from four more packs. Real salt and the composition of human blood

Natural crystal salt like Redmond's is much more than just sodium chloride: it consists of not just two, but more than 60 trace elements. These are the very natural elements that make up our bodies, and from which our life in the primeval ocean once arose. Approximately 0.9% sodium chloride is found in human blood and the chemical composition of seawater is similar to that of human blood plasma in terms of salt content.

Salt water is also the natural environment in which the human fetus develops. It is indeed surprising that the blood still has the same concentration of a solution of water and salt, or brine, that the water in the ocean had when life left the sea. Different types of crystal sizes
