The Paleo diet has been a fairly stable trend in healthy living lately. But what is the paleo diet? Paleo eating tries to make our diet as close as possible to what it was like in the time of our ancestors - hunters and gatherers. It is therefore based on real, minimally processed and simple foods such as various types of meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.
Forbidden foods include cereals, legumes, dairy products and all industrially produced foods. Big fans of paleo eating are the owners of Hunter and Gather, which is what the name of their brand refers to, which translates to "Hunter and Gather" and, quite fatefully, consists of their surname.
