Lactose-free foods

Lactose is one of the main sugarsthat are contained in milk. It is therefore also sometimes referred to as milk sugar. Our body breaks down lactose into simpler components that it can process using the enzyme lactase. If we are deficient in this enzyme, then we suffer from lactose intolerance. In this case, stomach and digestive problems may occur after using foods containing milk.

We offer a wide range of naturally lactose-free foods. For us, we definitely recommend to try dark chocolates with high cocoa content or "milk" chocolates vegan chocolates with cashew plant milk. If you have a rather "salty tooth", you will certainly not go wrong with products from Hunter and Gather, you will not find milk or lactose in any of them.
