Ootopia Gift Box – Three Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oils (Koroneiki, Manaki, blend)
An exceptional edible gift for quality lovers – the set includes Koroneiki (red label, BIO), Manaki, and Blend Koroneiki & Manaki. It allows you to try all Ootopia profiles at once, without having to buy each bottle separately.
The oils are suitable for cold dishes (salads, caprese, bruschetta, final seasoning) and for hot dishes at the end of cooking. They can also be consumed as a "shot" cold (10–20 ml) for intake of olive polyphenols, which contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress when consuming at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and derivatives in 20 g of oil.
Laboratory values: for Koroneiki (BIO), HT+T 7.6 mg/20 g is documented; Manaki (~634.7 mg/kg total polyphenols) and Blend (~653.9 mg/kg) are among oils with a high polyphenol content.
All three oils can be purchased on pravebio.cz individually, in separate gift boxes, or as this joint set of three bottles.

Lab-verified ~456.5 mg/kg total polyphenols and 7.6 mg/20 g (hydroxytyrosol + tyrosol and derivatives). Suitable for finishing dishes and for a cold "shot".
Blend Koroneiki & Manaki: complex, balanced "universal" with notes of cut grass and tomato leaves, with a peppery finish. Very high polyphenol content ~653.9 mg/kg – values over 630 mg/kg are rarely found in oils. Suitable for cold dishes and seasoning finished dishes; also great for a comparative "shot".

What else might you need with Ootopia olive oil?
- Oregano in olive oil – a teaspoon for homemade vinaigrette, marinades, and on bruschetta; enhances Mediterranean tones and supports the aroma of EVOO.
- Basil pesto – a drop of extra virgin olive oil gives the pesto a silkier texture; ideal for pasta, salads, and bruschetta.
- Sun-dried tomato spread with basil and garlic – a final drizzle of EVOO enhances the tomato umami and herbal notes; great on toast and with antipasti.
- Greek apple cider vinegar – mix in a ratio of 1:3 (vinegar: EVOO) for a pure vinaigrette; balances light bitterness and enhances the peppery finish of the oil.

Why Choose Ootopia
Ootopia is a Greek brand based in Athens with olive groves in the Ermionida (Peloponnese) region. It focuses on single-variety extra virgin oils and terroir: working with Manaki and Koroneiki varieties, it also offers a Koroneiki & Manaki blend and an organic Koroneiki Single Estate (Iliokastro) variant.
The acidity of their oils in recent batches ranged in the low range of approximately 0.16–0.23%, which corresponds to the top quality of extra virgin olive oil. The brand emphasizes purity of taste, stability, and transparent origin – with traceability of individual batches and regular international awards.
What sets them apart: they openly communicate origin and quality, offer thoughtful flavor profiles (gently "polite" Manaki and freshly green Koroneiki), and connect Peloponnesian tradition with a modern approach to presentation and packaging. Selected Ootopia olive oils (including Manaki and Koroneiki Single Estate) are also available in gift packaging.

FAQ
What does it mean for the Ootopia Gift Box that Koroneiki is "single estate" from Iliokastro?
Single estate means that the olives come from one farm and one region (Iliokastro, Peloponnese) and are pressed shortly after harvest. The Koroneiki variety in the box is valued for its distinct aroma, higher polyphenol content, and consistent quality between harvests.

Does the Ootopia Gift Box contain allergens, gluten, or lactose?
No. All three bottles contain pure extra virgin olive oil, naturally gluten-free and lactose-free. The product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

Why choose the Ootopia Gift Box over regular supermarket blends?
The difference lies in origin, freshness, and sensorics. Ootopia oils have traceable origin, a short time from harvest to pressing, and a clearly described profile. Regular blends often mix crops from different countries and harvests, reducing character and consistency of taste.

Can I heat the oils from the Ootopia Gift Box, or are they only "cold"?
EVOO can handle mild heat (short sautéing), but it is best showcased cold or when finishing a dish. Higher temperatures reduce aroma and some polyphenols, so we recommend using it mainly as a final seasoning.

What are the benefits of the Ootopia Gift Box in terms of polyphenols and what is the "portion"?
Olive polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress; the effect relates to the intake of at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20 g of oil. For Koroneiki (BIO), HT+T 7.6 mg/20 g is laboratory documented, Manaki and Blend show high total polyphenol content (>630 mg/kg). Practically: 10–20 ml cold as a small "shot" or divided into meals throughout the day.

How should the Ootopia Gift Box be stored correctly and how long do the oils last after opening?
Protect from light, heat, and air. Store in darkness (approx. 15–20 °C) and always seal bottles well. For maximum freshness, we recommend consuming within a few months of opening.

Who is Ootopia?
The owners of this brand are partly Greek and partly Italian. The land they chose for their olive groves is located in the hills above the seaside town of Ermioni in the Peloponnese, Greece. Their olive varieties are Greek, Italian and Spanish. As they say themselves - they are not nationalists at the core, but perfectionists, so they simply look for the best olive varieties for their oils and don't care what country they come from. Their vision is to create the world's leading olive oil company, producing a range of exceptional extra virgin olive oils with distinctive organoleptic qualities. At the same time, they want to educate professionals and enthusiastic gourmets, develop the use of olive oil in gastronomy and push the boundaries of exceptional quality.
Ootopia has a deep respect for nature and values the knowledge and experience inherent in traditional and sustainable growing practices. They optimize their results with a state-of-the-art olive mill, where they can extract and bottle the best of nature without altering or modifying the ingredients in any significant way, and they also allow for complete traceability and transparency of every step of the process.
Who is behind Ootopia?
Ootopia is well aware that the most important element of their success is the people involved in the project. Therefore, we have on board people passionate about olive oil, with proven professional experience, such as:
Development Project Manager Dimitris Fotiadis - has 25 years of experience in business development and management of major real estate and infrastructure projects worldwide. He is passionate about sustainable development and has made it his goal to integrate the Ootopia project. Dimitris holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Civil Engineering and worked towards a Bachelor degree in Enology and Viticulture. In the past, he has served as CEO of several start-up companies.
Chief agronomist and internationally certified olive oil taster Kostas Lyris - Kostas has dedicated his career to the pursuit of the best tasting olive oil that Greek soil has to offer. He is also a master blender, which fits perfectly with the philosophy of Ootopia. Ootopia relies on his international experience as an olive oil taster to create unique blends.
Head of Operations & Administration Panorea Takoumaki - Panorea takes care of the daily operations. He is also legal counsel for Ootipia. He has a Bachelor's degree in Geology, a Master's degree in GIS and is working towards an MBA. She completed six months of professional level training in olive oil production - farm to table.
Head of Sales & Marketing John Anairousis - spreading the word that Ootopia produces some of the best olive oil you can find in the world. He heads the sales and marketing department and is an enthusiast of Ootopia olive oil as a food with high nutritional value that is produced in a sustainable way. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, a Master's degree in International Marketing and an MBA.
Estate administrator Thanasis Balabanis - Thanasis is a reliable caretaker and overseer of the land. He makes sure that the olive grove is healthy and in balance with nature.
Michelin-starred chefs Georgianna Hiliadaki & Nikos Roussos - top gastronomists, winners of many awards, creators of the Michelin-starred restaurant Funky Gourmet, this dynamic duo is passionate about developing dishes based on authentic flavours and imaginative combinations. Their contribution is invaluable to Ootopia's gastronomic discoveries with olive oil.
Architect & philosopher Anastasios Rigopoulos - his exceptional designs are based on his philosophical exploration of the impact of human intervention on natural harmony and ways to preserve nature's balance. His designs for the Ootopia olive oil press installation are truly inspiring.
Topos
When Ootopia was looking for the ideal "topos" for their business, the Ermionida peninsula enchanted them. It is a beautiful natural area that won their hearts and where they decided to locate their headquarters. The picturesque hills above the ancient town of Ermioniida offer optimal conditions for olive growing thanks to low rainfall, making the area ideal for growing native Greek olive varieties alongside selected Mediterranean varieties.
The Ermionida peninsula, just two and a half hours' drive from Athens, is surrounded by the Gulf of Argolida and the Myrtoon Pelagos Sea. The fresh sea breeze blowing from the historic islands of Spetses and Hydra further increases the fertility of the soil. An otopia is an imaginary, idealized place that has highly desirable or near-perfect qualities for its inhabitants. In this very own Ootopia, they have created the ideal place to produce their own olive oil, welcome their friends, deepen and broaden their knowledge of the land and its treasures, and nurture a community of connoisseurs.
Harmony
In this place, they strive to achieve perfect harmony of body and soul by ingeniously engaging all their senses and activities. Guests of Ootopia can stroll around, smell the thyme and oregano, enjoy the beautiful landscape and feel the sea breeze on their face.
We recommend a visit to the olive oil production facility (see picture below), which is carefully designed to be fully in line with the environment, and also in line with Ootopia's philosophy of using the latest technology, but only as a means to protect nature and get the best out of it, never to alter it. Not to mention that visitors can even participate in the harvest, take olive oil tasting classes and end the day with a glass of wine and a revitalising meal prepared by their chefs.
