Spices, herbs and salt
The spices are just the proverbial icing on the cake that completes the final dish to perfection. Its taste and quality is therefore very important. The spices include not only the obligatory two - salt and pepper, which are not missing on any dining table, but also various spice mixtures that contain dried leaves, roots or bark of plants and herbs. They not only give dishes a great taste, but also have a positive effect on our body functions - often promoting, for example digestionwhich is especially useful after a hearty Sunday lunch.
