Why we selected Bee&You for the PraveBio.cz range
Bee&You takes a more rigorous and transparent approach to propolis, treating it not simply as a traditional bee product but as a carefully processed ingredient with a traceable origin. At the heart of the brand are Anatolian propolis extract A.P.E.®, sourced from botanically diverse regions of Turkey, a patented extraction method and in-house product development led by Dr Asli Samanci, a food engineer with many years of specialist experience in bee products.
Propolis is a naturally variable raw material: its composition differs according to region, season and the plants from which bees collect resin. This is why the standardisation of every batch is central to Bee&You. At its own R&D centre, the brand works with Anatolian propolis sourced through a contract beekeeping model and monitors selected quality parameters, particularly levels of phenolic compounds and flavonoids, as well as antioxidant capacity.
Bee&You works with specialists in food science, pharmacology, chemistry, biology and beekeeping and draws on scientific literature and university collaborations. Its products are manufactured in line with international standards including GMP, BRC, IFS and ISO. For customers, the key point is that this is not anonymous propolis of uncertain origin, but a standardised propolis extract made from traceable raw material, using controlled processing and clearly monitored quality parameters. PraveBio.cz is the exclusive importer of Bee&You for the Czech Republic.
Drops with vitamin D3, K2 and 15% Anatolian propolis
Bee&You Vitamin D3 + K2 with Anatolian Propolis Extract A.P.E.® (15%) is an alcohol- and sugar-free liquid food supplement for children aged 4 and over and adults. The dropper allows precise measuring, while the water-soluble propolis extract can be easily added to water, milk or juice.
Children aged 4–10 take 10 drops daily: 12.5 µg (500 IU) of vitamin D3, 9.38 µg of vitamin K2 and 60 mg of Anatolian propolis. Adults and children aged 11 and over take 20 drops daily: 25 µg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3, 18.75 µg of vitamin K2 and 120 mg of propolis.
This product is suitable for families who want to support the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, because it contains vitamin D in an amount that permits the use of the relevant authorised health claims. Vitamin D is also needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.
Vitamin D also contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and to normal blood calcium levels. A 20-drop serving provides 25% of the NRV for vitamin K; at this serving size, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.
Anatolian Propolis Extract A.P.E.® is a standardised bee-derived ingredient with a traceable origin. Bee&You monitors the characteristic profile of each batch of propolis, including phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity. These parameters describe the composition and quality of the raw material, not a health effect of the product.
The term “water-soluble” refers to the way the propolis extract is processed and how readily it disperses in a drink. It does not mean that vitamins D3 and K2 are water-soluble vitamins.
The drops are a practical option for customers who prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets, want one formula suitable for several members of the family and value knowing the exact amount of vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and propolis in each daily serving. The bottle contains 30 ml.
How should you interpret the formula?
As this product is intended for both children and adults, it is important to distinguish between the two recommended servings. Vitamin D is present in sufficient amounts for authorised claims at both 10 and 20 drops. The children’s serving, however, contains 12.5% of the NRV for vitamin K, so vitamin K health claims are applied only to the 20-drop serving, which provides 25% of the NRV.
When comparing propolis, look beyond the percentage and milligram amount and also consider origin, extraction method, standardisation and batch testing. No specific health claims for propolis are authorised in the EU.

How Bee&You controls propolis from hive to finished drops
Propolis is a naturally variable raw material, and its composition depends on local flora, the harvesting season and the extraction method. The percentage shown on the front of the pack is therefore only one part of the picture.
Raw materials from contract beekeeping
Bee&You operates a contract beekeeping model, improving traceability from individual beekeepers and hives through to the manufacturing facility.
Purity and batch testing
According to the brand’s documentation, raw materials, intermediate products and finished products are tested, including checks for pesticides, antibiotics and heavy metals. Selected parameters of the characteristic propolis profile are also assessed.
Standardised A.P.E. extract®
The patented extraction method is designed to transform raw propolis into a liquid format that can be measured accurately. Standardisation helps maintain a more clearly defined profile from batch to batch, including phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity.
What is propolis, and why does processing matter?
Propolis, sometimes known as bee glue, is a resinous mixture collected by bees from buds, leaves and other plant material. Bees use it to seal gaps and maintain the integrity of the hive’s internal environment.
Raw propolis is not a finished extract
Propolis collected from the hive contains waxes and other naturally occurring components. To be used in a liquid food supplement, it must therefore undergo extraction. The origin of the raw material, the solvent, the extract ratio and the approach to batch testing all influence the finished quality.
What can be said about propolis in the EU?
No specific health claims for propolis are authorised in the European Union. This page therefore describes its origin, concentration, extraction, standardisation and characteristic composition, rather than attributing a therapeutic or preventive effect to it.
Careful collection using propolis traps
Bee&You places propolis traps inside the hive, where bees naturally fill them while sealing their environment. Once filled, the traps are removed and the raw material is processed further. This allows propolis to be collected separately without scraping material from sensitive parts of the hive.
Anatolian propolis A.P.E.®: origin and standardisation
Anatolian propolis comes from regions of Turkey with a diverse range of plant life. This botanical environment matters because bees collect resins from locally available buds, leaves and stems.
The term A.P.E.® stands for Anatolian Propolis Extract. In this product, it is a water-soluble propolis extract with a declared concentration of 15%. The daily serving contains 60 mg of propolis in 10 drops or 120 mg in 20 drops.
Bee&You states that its propolis undergoes patented processing and is tested against selected parameters, including phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity. These figures help characterise the ingredient and compare batch consistency; they are not health claims in themselves.

How should you choose a propolis product by format and composition?
Propolis is available as an alcohol tincture, an alcohol-free extract, a spray, tablets or a blend with honey. These formats are not interchangeable: they differ in concentration, the amount of propolis per daily serving, taste, method of use and additional ingredients.
Alcohol-free, water-soluble drops
A suitable option for customers who avoid alcohol and want to take propolis by the drop, either directly or in a cold or lukewarm drink. This product also declares the exact amounts of vitamins D3 and K2 in both the children’s and adult daily servings.
Alcohol-based propolis extract
Traditional tinctures often offer a higher percentage of propolis and a more pronounced taste. Percentage alone, however, is not enough for a meaningful comparison: also check the actual amount of propolis in the recommended daily serving, the serving volume and whether an alcohol-based format is appropriate for the intended user.
Spray, tablets or a honey blend
A spray offers quick, direct use without measuring drops. Chewable tablets require no drink and provide fixed quantities of each ingredient. Honey blends have a sweeter taste, but their sugar content and the amount of propolis in the recommended serving should also be considered.
What to compare before buying
In addition to the format, check the origin of the propolis, extraction method, standardisation, batch testing, amount per daily serving, alcohol or sugar content and age suitability. Two products with the same propolis percentage may still differ in composition and intended use.
Comparing Bee&You propolis products
If you are looking for a different format or concentration, compare these four practical alternatives. They differ in propolis content, alcohol content, serving method and additional ingredients, making it easier to choose the option that best matches your needs.
Propolis Extract A.P.E.® (20%)
- Concentrated alcohol-based formula with 20% Anatolian propolis.
- Suitable for customers seeking a traditional propolis tincture and comfortable with an alcohol-based product.
- The dropper allows the product to be measured according to the instructions on the packaging.
30% propolis drops with vitamins D3 and K2
- A higher 30% concentration of Anatolian propolis combined with vitamins D3 and K2.
- An alcohol-based option for children aged 11 and over and adults who are looking for more concentrated propolis drops.
- One recommended serving provides 1,000 IU of vitamin D3; follow the dosage instructions on the packaging.
Propolis spray
- A practical spray format for customers who prefer not to measure drops.
- The applicator allows precise and convenient use in accordance with the directions on the packaging.
- Individual sprays vary in concentration and additional ingredients, such as honey or ginger.
Tablets with propolis, pollen and royal jelly
- Three bee-derived ingredients in a convenient tablet format with no need to measure drops or prepare a drink.
- A daily serving of 2 tablets contains 180 mg of propolis extract A.P.E.® (equivalent to 360 mg of raw propolis), royal jelly, bee pollen and carob.
- The pack contains 60 tablets and provides approximately 30 days’ supply when taking 2 tablets daily.
Anatolia: the botanical origin of Bee&You propolis
Anatolia is a vast region with exceptionally diverse flora. Botanical diversity is fundamental to propolis because it determines the buds, leaves and other plant sources from which bees collect resins and shapes the natural profile of the finished raw material.
Origin matters as much as percentage
A figure of 15%, 20% or 30% describes the extract concentration; it does not automatically define overall quality. With propolis, the collection region, local flora, harvesting period, storage conditions and extraction method also matter.
Why batches naturally vary
Propolis is not an isolated synthetic substance with a fixed composition. Its characteristic profile reflects the plants available and the conditions in the local area. It is therefore worth considering not only how much propolis a product contains, but also whether the manufacturer analyses individual batches and maintains defined parameters over time.
Patented A.P.E. processing®
Bee&You uses patented extraction technology designed to convert raw Anatolian propolis into a controlled liquid format. For A.P.E.® extract, the brand monitors selected parameters of its characteristic composition, particularly phenolic compounds, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity. These data describe the raw material profile, not a health effect of the product.
Traceability from hive to finished extract
The contract beekeeping model allows requirements to be set for the collection, storage and transfer of the raw material, improving traceability from partner beekeepers through to Bee&You’s manufacturing and laboratory systems.
What this means for the customer
Customers receive an extract with a documented source region, controlled processing and monitored batch parameters. When comparing propolis products, this combination matters more than the number printed on the front of the pack alone.

FAQ
What exactly do Bee&You vitamin D3, K2 and propolis drops contain?
This is a 30 ml liquid food supplement with 15% Anatolian Propolis Extract A.P.E.® and precisely declared amounts of vitamins D3 and K2. A 10-drop children’s serving contains 12.5 µg of vitamin D3, 9.38 µg of vitamin K2 and 60 mg of Anatolian propolis. A 20-drop serving contains 25 µg of vitamin D3, 18.75 µg of vitamin K2 and 120 mg of propolis. The other ingredients are water and food-grade plant-derived glycol.

Who are these alcohol-free propolis drops suitable for?
The product is intended for children aged 4 and over and adults. It is particularly suitable for families seeking liquid vitamins D3 and K2 combined with propolis without a traditional alcohol tincture, capsules or tablets. Do not use if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to propolis or other bee products.

What is the dosage for children and adults, and how much vitamin D3 does it provide?
Children aged 4–10 take 10 drops once daily, providing 12.5 µg, or 500 IU, of vitamin D3. Adults and children aged 11 and over take 20 drops once daily, providing 25 µg, or 1,000 IU, of vitamin D3. Always follow the current local-language label for the relevant batch and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Which authorised health claims apply to the vitamin D3 in this product?
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal muscle function, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and normal blood calcium levels. It is also needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. These claims relate to vitamin D, not propolis.

What is the role of vitamin K2, and why are its claims used only for the 20-drop serving?
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. A 20-drop serving contains 18.75 µg of vitamin K2, equivalent to 25% of the European NRV, allowing these authorised claims to be used. The 10-drop children’s serving provides 9.38 µg, or 12.5% of the NRV, so these claims are not applied to that serving on this page.

Why does the product contain both vitamins D3 and K2?
They are two distinct nutrients provided together in one practical daily serving. Vitamin D has authorised benefits for the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal muscle function, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. When present in a qualifying amount, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. The product therefore supplies both nutrients together without attributing an unauthorised “synergistic” mechanism to them.

What does 15% Anatolian Propolis Extract A.P.E.® mean?
A.P.E.® stands for Anatolian Propolis Extract. The 15% figure denotes the declared concentration of propolis extract in the formula. The recommended serving contains 60 mg of Anatolian propolis in 10 drops or 120 mg in 20 drops. No specific health claims for propolis are authorised in the EU, so we describe its origin, extraction, standardisation and amount per serving.

Why do origin, extraction and standardisation matter for propolis?
Propolis is a naturally variable bee-derived raw material. Its composition differs according to location, local flora, season and extraction method, so the percentage on the label does not capture every meaningful difference between products. Bee&You uses Anatolian propolis A.P.E.®, a patented processing method and testing of selected parameters for individual batches.

What does water-soluble propolis extract mean?
It is an alcohol-free liquid form of propolis extract that disperses easily in water, milk or juice. “Water-soluble” refers to the propolis extract and its carrier base; it does not mean vitamins D3 and K2 are water-soluble vitamins. Both are fat-soluble vitamins.

What is plant-derived glycol, and why is it used in the drops?
Food-grade plant-derived glycol is used as a liquid carrier in the formula. It helps create a stable alcohol-free propolis extract and allows accurate dosing with the dropper. It is neither a vitamin nor an active bee-derived ingredient; it is a supporting ingredient in the product.

What is the difference between this 15% extract and 20% or 30% alcohol-based propolis drops?
This product is alcohol-free and water-soluble and also contains vitamins D3 and K2. Alcohol-based extracts use a different carrier, generally have a stronger taste and may provide a higher percentage concentration of propolis. A higher percentage is not automatically the best choice for everyone: age, suitability of alcohol, method of use, the amount of propolis in the recommended serving and the other nutrients in the formula should all be considered.

How should the drops be taken, and can they be added to water, milk or juice?
Take the drops directly or mix them into cold or lukewarm water, milk or juice. Do not add them to a hot drink. Use the dropper to measure the age-appropriate serving shown on the packaging and follow the stated daily dosage.

Do the drops need to be taken with food or at a particular time of day?
The manufacturer states that the drops may be taken directly or added to a drink and does not specify a particular time of day. Choose a time you can follow consistently. If the current local-language label for your batch gives additional instructions regarding food, follow the label.

Can the drops be combined with a multivitamin or another vitamin D supplement?
Only after checking the total daily vitamin D intake from all products being used. Ten drops provide 500 IU and 20 drops provide 1,000 IU of vitamin D3. The combined amount is particularly important for children, during long-term use and for anyone advised by a doctor to take a specific vitamin D dose.

Is the product suitable for people with an allergy to propolis, honey or other bee products?
No. Do not use if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to propolis or other bee products. If a child or adult has previously reacted to bee products, consult a doctor or pharmacist before considering use.

Can people taking warfarin or other blood-thinning medication use these drops?
Vitamin K can affect treatment with warfarin and other vitamin K antagonists. If you take warfarin, acenocoumarol or a similar medicine, do not start this supplement without the approval of your doctor, pharmacist or anticoagulation clinic. For other anticoagulants and regular medication, it is also advisable to check the combination with a healthcare professional.

Is the product suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding or regular medication use?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people who take regular medication should discuss the combination of propolis, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 with a doctor or pharmacist. This is particularly important for medicines that affect blood clotting and when taking other supplements containing vitamin D or K.

Does the product contain alcohol, sugar, gluten, GMOs or artificial colours?
According to the manufacturer, the product is free from alcohol, sugar, gluten, GMOs and artificial colours. Its liquid base consists of water and food-grade plant-derived glycol. If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, always check the full ingredient list on the current label.

How should the drops be stored, and what applies after opening?
Store at room temperature in the original packaging and protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the dropper clean and avoid touching it against the mouth or a drink. If the label for the relevant batch gives a specific period of use or storage instructions after opening, always follow that information.

What is propolis and what are its benefits
Propolis is a natural resinous substance that bees collect from the buds, leaves and stems of plants. Due to its sticky consistency and antimicrobial properties, they use it to protect their hive from pathogens.
The bees cover the walls of the hive with a layer of propolis, sterilizing the cells of the honeycomb and creating an ideal environment for the queen to lay her eggs.
Propolis also serves as a natural preservative - it protects honey, royal jelly and pollen from microorganisms in the hive.
The name "propolis" comes from Greek and means "before the city", symbolizing its role as the first line of defense of the bee colony.
Propolis is a rich source of bioactive substances, especially flavonoids, phenolic acids and terpenes, which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects.
These compounds can help fight free radicals, support the immune system and protect the body from infections. Studies show that propolis can be effective in treating fungal infections such as athlete's foot, for example, and its regular use can contribute to respiratory, skin and oral health.
However, in order for the human body to fully utilize its potential, it is necessary to extract the raw propolis using alcohol or other solvents, which increases its bioavailability and allows the release of the active ingredients.
BEE&YOU certification and quality
BEE&YOU places great emphasis on the quality and authenticity of its products, as evidenced by a strict four-stage inspection system. First, a preliminary analysis of raw material samples from contract beekeepers is carried out to ensure that they meet the required standards. The raw materials are then subjected to further testing in laboratories.
After processing on the production line, the semi-finished products are analysed before filling. Finished products, such as tablets, drops, sprays, syrups and cosmetic products, then undergo rigorous testing in laboratories right in our 10,700 m² production hall.
Finally, the products are independently tested by accredited laboratories and universities, ensuring their high quality. In the latest audit by the independent German organisation DQS CFS GmbH, the brand scored an impressive 98.06 points out of 100 in the IFS Food assessment and was awarded the prestigious BRC AA+ certificate.
BEE&YOU products are certified to local and international standards including GMP, BRC, IFS, SEDEX, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, Kosher, Cosmos and Organic. These certifications cover food, dietary supplements and cosmetics. Thanks to these standards and rigorous quality management, the brand guarantees that each product not only delivers natural values, but also meets the highest safety and quality requirements.
The natural wealth of bee products and the uniqueness of Anatolian propolis

Ingredients used by BEE&YOU
BEE&YOU products are based on natural bee products that are known for their extraordinary health benefits.
Key ingredients include propolis, royal jelly, honey and pollen. Propolis is rich in phenolic compounds and flavonoids that support the immune system and have antioxidant and antimicrobial effects.
Royal jelly contains high amounts of protein, vitamins and essential amino acids, making it a nutritional treasure.
Apart from its delicious taste, honey brings energy to the body, supports digestion and has antibacterial properties.
Pollen is another valuable ingredient because it contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals and enzymes that contribute to overall health.
All products are fully traceable from the hive to the final packaging, guaranteeing not only high quality but also the purity and safety of the raw materials.
In addition, the use of patented extraction technology ensures that all the active ingredients from these natural ingredients are preserved to the best possible extent, bringing maximum health benefits to the consumer.
Why Anatolian propolis is unique
Anatolian propolis comes from the unspoiled mountain regions of Anatolia, which is one of the richest regions in the world with more than 12,000 species of plants.
Thanks to patented extraction technology, this propolis has an extremely high antioxidant content - up to 80 times more than pomegranate juice - and contains at least 15 different phenolic and flavonoid compounds such as caffeic acid, quercetin and resveratrol.
Regular consumption of this propolis extract at the recommended daily dose can boost immunity, fight oxidative stress and contribute to the health of the whole body.
Moreover, Anatolian propolis is collected from one of the cleanest and least polluted environments on Earth, ensuring its high quality and purity.
The unique composition of this propolis is the result of the biodiversity of the region, where bees obtain raw materials from a wide range of plants rich in active substances, which gives it exceptional nutritional and therapeutic properties.
