Vitamins in capsules
Vitamins in capsules are a very easy way to provide your body with the nutrients it needs. Just swallow, drink and go. The capsules or containers in which the vitamins are enclosed are most often made of either vegetable cellulose or gelatin. So if you're vegan or vegetarian, beware of gelatin capsules when choosing the best vitamin.
