Each of Zen's CBD hemp oils contains a guaranteed grade of CBD and the full spectrum of cannabiniods, flavonoids and terpeniods that occur naturally in cannabis such as CBDV - cannabidivarin, CBDA - cannabidiolic acid, CBC - cannabichromene, CBG - cannabigerol, BCP - ß-caryophyllene.

Usage:

• Take 2-5 drops twice a day, leave for 60 seconds and then swallow.
  
• 60 seconds is exactly the time needed for the CBD oil to be absorbed through the blood vessels under the tongue straight into the blood, effectively avoiding the first stage of metabolism.
• Use the oil at least 30 minutes before meals or add it to fresh vegetable or fruit juices. Shake before use.
• In the beginning, we recommend starting with a lower concentration, monitoring the body's response and continuing with the next higher concentration of CBD extract if necessary.

Consistency of the oil

The liquid can be thick and sticky - it is oil. In case you have trouble getting the oil out of the bottle, you can put the closed bottle in warm water (max 40°C) for a short while. If you are left with congealed extract at the bottom of the bottle, you can add a little edible vegetable oil and stir.
