- The fair trade chocolate specialist is the brand Chocolat Madagascar. As the name suggests, the brand originates from Madagascar and everything from growing to packaging takes place on the island. It has thus elevated the concept of "fair trade" production to "raise trade". It is a brand that has been producing the finest quality chocolate according to a traditional recipe since 1941.
