Cocofina 's organic coconut MCT oil is extracted from 100% sustainable coconut oil certified by the Organic Soil Association. It is purely vegetable, without animal ingredients, so even vegans can enjoy its beneficial effects. Suitable for keto, paleo or LCHF diet and banting lifestyle.

It contains a balanced ratio between caprylic acid (C8), 60%, and capric acid (C10), 40%, which gives it a high energy potential without being a burden on our digestion.

MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) oil is absorbed very quickly and is also easily digested by our body. So it works as virtually instant nutrition for our brains. Because it is used and burned by the body almost immediately, it does not accumulate in the form of unwanted fat cushions, as can be the case with other types of fat (containing long-chain triglycerides, which require the presence of enzymes from the pancreas for the body to be able to extract and digest them from the oil at all).

It is made only from coconuts and you will not find any added palm oil, as you may find in other types of MCT oils. Of course, no solvents or hexanes were used in its extraction. It has a neutral aroma and taste, you can add it to smoothies, fresh, morning porridge, soups or sprinkle it on your salad. Usage:

Start with one teaspoon of MCT oil per day and gradually increase up to a tablespoon per day. However, never take more than 4-6 tablespoons per day. You can add MCT oil to salad dressings instead of the conventional oil you use. Add it to smoohies or morning porridges. Make bulletproof coffee with it or add it to matcha lattes. It is also great in cocoa or homemade hot chocolate. If you're in a big hurry and still need an extra boost of energy, you can have MCT oil just on its own on a spoon.

Attention

Do not use for frying. MCT oil overheats at low temperatures.
