Kolagen používáme již delší dobu. Nemůžu říci, jaké účinky má, ale jsem přesvědčená o tom, že nám tělo za tuto péči poděkuje s přibývajícími léty. Tento je přímo s MCT olejem, nemusím si tedy do kávy přidávat již samotný MCT olej (prima na cesty, kdy má člověk vše v jednom). Planet Paleo kolagenům jsme věrni kvůli Grass Fed certifikaci a věrni mu zůstaneme.
