Brand history and philosophy
The Yakso brand was established in 1985 as part of a family business FZ Organic Foodfounded by the Andringa family. Initially focused on selling cheese, they switched to organic products inspired by macrobiotic cuisine and organic farming in 1983 under the leadership of Frans Andringa. Yakso specializes in organic products for the preparation of Asian and vegetarian dishes.
