Magnesium is one of the most underestimated essential micronutrients: it is needed for muscle function, has a vital function for our nervous system, and also contributes to the stabilisation of bones and teeth.
However, more than a quarter of the population is not getting the recommended daily intake of magnesium.
If the body lacks magnesium, it can result in impaired muscle function, daytime fatigue and an overall decline in performance.

Four different forms of magnesium
When formulating KRAFTRESERVE, the manufacturer placed great emphasis on high dosage (a daily dose of 2 capsules provides more than 100% of the recommended daily dose of elemental magnesium) and on the long-term effect of the supply.
KRAFTRESERVE therefore contains four different forms of magnesium: Magnesium dicitrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium malate. Each form has quite specific advantages, for example in terms of absorption rate or storage time.

What makes KRAFTRESERVE different?
Depending on the molecular structure, a particular form of magnesium is absorbed by the body faster or slower. For example, magnesium trivalent dicitrate and magnesium malate are absorbed very quickly but are therefore only available to the body for a short period of time.
Magnesium oxide is absorbed much more slowly - but it has a depot effect. Finally, magnesium bisglycinate is bound to the amino acid L-glycine, making its use very gentle on the digestive system.
KRAFTRESERVE therefore supplies the body with one of the most important minerals quickly and in the long term. Since you only need to take two capsules per day, each pack (180 capsules) provides a long-term supply that lasts for approximately three months.
