Echinacea and Kalmegha - a very effective combination

The Echinacea plant, also known as purple coneflower or American coneflower, is native to North America, where it is part of the traditional herbs used by indigenous peoples. The same applies to Kalmegha. This plant from Southeast Asia has long been an integral part of Ayurveda. However, it is now also of great interest in the Western world, as numerous positive properties are attributed to it.

The raw materials for both extracts come from sustainable cultivation and are processed in a way that is kind to vital substances. For example, the leaves are ground to a powder at an ambient temperature below 40 °C so that the chemical structure of the valuable substances is not altered by heat.

What makes SchutzsChild unique?

Echinacea and Kalmegh are often only available on the market as single preparations. SchutzChild, on the other hand, is a complex in which the vital substances of both plants are combined. This complex is supplemented with rosehip fruit extract, which is very rich in vitamin C (specifically 45%).

The combination of micronutrients vitamin C, zinc and selenium forms areal powerful package to support the body's own defences.

The zinc and selenium contained in SchutzChild are each in a form in which the substance can be particularly well absorbed by the body. Zinc is bound to the amino acid L-glycine, while selenium is present in the form of the highly bioavailable L-selenomethionine. This formula is further refined with the amino acid L-histidine.
