'Kolagenový prášek se uvnitř obalu slepil a ztratil sypkost. Chuťově je ale stále stejný a v pořádku konzumovat. Stačí rozpustit ve vodě.'
Doporučejeme teplou vodu a nechat chvilku odstát, aby se to v pohodě rozpustilo a potom stačí už jen použít šlehač na pěnu nebo něco podobného.
