Co paní jí, pije, v jakém prostředí žije, kolik stresu má, co dělá za práci apod. Nikdy nesuďte výkon výrobku podle druhých, protože nikdy neznáte celý příběh. Osobně tento produkt používám a spím po něm velmi dobře, ale dodržuji určité principy cirkadiánního rytmu a myslím, že se i dobře stravuji. Nekouřím, nepiju alkohol a nejím pozdě večer, nesměnuji, chodím spát ve stejný čas atd...
