Odylique – natural care for sensitive skin, with respect for the planet
The Odylique brand (meaning “the power of nature”) proves that effective and at the same time gentle skincare can meet high standards of quality and ethical practice. This family-run British company with over 30 years of heritage specialises in certified organic care for skin, hair and make-up, ideal for sensitive as well as problem-prone skin.
The brand’s story began with Margaret Weeds, who was looking for gentle and safe solutions for her family’s eczema-prone skin. Odylique products are made in an eco-friendly factory in Suffolk, without synthetic chemicals, fragrances or parabens – purely plant-based, kind to skin and to the environment.

Odylique’s sustainable approach: Zero Waste and ethical packaging
Zero-waste and recyclable materials
Odylique uses recycled plastic bottles (e.g. from milk containers), in some cases up to 100% recycled material. All products are packaged in glass or fully recyclable containers, depending on safety and the impact on the carbon footprint. Packaging and components are chosen carefully with recyclability and low environmental impact in mind, and they also use biodegradable fillers made from bioplastic (so-called Flo nuggets), which dissolve in water.
Low carbon footprint
The factory runs on 100% renewable energy, most packaging is produced in Europe, and almost half of the material is made in the UK. The company actively tracks emissions scenarios (Scope 1, 2 and 3): for the year up to November 2023 this amounted to 0 t of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 172 t of Scope 3 – with plans to offset them in the future.
Organic formulas and fair trade principles
All products contain certified organic and biodynamic ingredients (Soil Association, COSMOS, Demeter) and are 100% natural – without synthetic preservatives, fragrances or potential allergens (e.g. peanuts).
Odylique is certified cruelty-free (not tested on animals) and ensures that its suppliers have not carried out animal testing since 1990.
Raw materials such as sugar come from fair trade partners, for example in Paraguay; the brand ensures fair pricing and support for community projects.
Odylique is an example of a brand that combines luxury organic skin care with a clear commitment to sustainability and ethics. With its consistent focus on zero waste, natural formulas and skin-friendly products, it offers customers not only beauty, but also the confidence that their choice is kind to the planet and to people.
If you’re looking for cosmetics that are genuinely clean, functional and ethical, Odylique certainly deserves a place in your bathroom.
