Why we added North American Herb & Spice to the PraveBio.cz range
North American Herb & Spice is an American dietary supplement brand. It was founded by nutrition specialist Judy K. Gray, who holds a Master of Science degree in nutrition. The brand focuses on extracts from wild-growing herbs, with emphasis on the origin of raw materials, their chemical composition and laboratory control; both raw materials and finished products are tested for identity, active compound content and purity.
In cooperation with physician Dr. Cass Ingram, she introduced Oreganol P73 to the market back in the 1990s – an extract from wild-growing oregano standardized for carvacrol. Standardization of active compounds and working with wild-growing plants are among the brand’s main characteristics.
Production takes place in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The brand does not use fillers or flow agents. The facility is certified for organic production, Kosher and Halal. We are the exclusive importer and distributor of the brand for the whole of Europe.
Herbal Drops 4-in-1 – OregaRESP
OregaRESP 4-in-1 is a dietary supplement in oil-drop form with a combination of four aromatic botanical oils: wild oregano P73, wild sage, caraway and cinnamon bark. Which NAHS form matches your way of use?
NAHS supplements most often differ by form and method of use. For better orientation, it helps to know the basic types you will encounter with NAHS and their use.
Oils in drops allow precise dosing in small amounts. They can be applied under the tongue or added to a drink; expect a more pronounced taste. With concentrated essences, it is advisable to proceed carefully and follow the dosage on the label.
Capsules / softgels are suitable for those who prefer convenience and precise dosing without taste sensations. They are often the simplest choice for long-term use, usually with food.
Liquid juices / hydrosols (aqueous distillation fractions) suit users who prefer a gentler liquid form than oil and simple use.
Cream / topical forms are intended for external use as part of everyday care.
Why choose North American Herb & Spice
Brand origin and philosophy: North American Herb & Spice (NAHS) is an American brand associated with the name Judy K. Gray, MS. The brand’s core idea is simple: quality is determined by origin. That is why it seeks raw materials in the cleanest and most remote areas possible and works with whole raw materials and natural combinations.
Wild-growing and hand-picked raw materials: NAHS works with wild-growing herbs and spices from mountain and remote regions. For key raw materials, it mentions hand harvesting and an emphasis on the environment that influences the character of the resulting raw materials.
Oreganol P73 and carvacrol: The basis of the range is wild oregano oil Oreganol P73 – a blend of several oregano species. The brand works transparently with the average carvacrol content; the designation P73 refers to this value.
Gentle processing without chemical solvents:
The brand mentions processes without chemical solvents and synthetic additives. The aim is to preserve the plant’s natural composition – that is, the spectrum of aromatic and plant substances without artificial interventions in the profile.
Quality control and simple formulas:
Production follows the principles of good manufacturing practice. Products emphasise verification of raw material identity, concentrations of monitored substances and the presence of undesirable admixtures. At the same time, these are often formulas without unnecessary fillers and processing aids.
Exclusive import to the Czech Republic and Europe: We import North American Herb & Spice products to the Czech Republic in direct cooperation with the brand. On the Czech and European markets, we act as its exclusive importer – ensuring availability, advice and brand communication in Czech.
An American brand with a clear story
NAHS is associated with Judy K. Gray, who develops the brand around the origin of raw materials, wholeness and long-term work with wild herbs and spices.
Wild-growing and hand-picked herbs
An emphasis on remote collection areas, hand harvesting and natural growing conditions is among the brand’s main distinguishing features.
Oreganol P73: a blend of several oregano species
It is a blend of several oregano species that the brand uses as its typical base. Multi-species origin is important for the natural profile of aromatic substances.
Carvacrol as a key parameter
With the P73 variant, the brand works with the content of carvacrol, a natural phenolic component of oregano oil, and also informs about a profile with a lower proportion of thymol. This labelling helps compare oils according to their natural composition.
Steam distillation and clean processing
The brand prefers steam distillation and processes without chemical solvents and synthetic additives. The aim is to preserve the natural spectrum of plant substances in the oil.
Manufacturing quality + exclusive import for the Czech Republic
GMP production, emphasis on testing and minimalist formulas. At the same time, we import the brand to the European market as its exclusive importer.

Breakdown of individual ingredients
Note on health claims: For botanical ingredients such as oregano, sage, caraway or cinnamon, some areas may be listed in so-called on-hold registers. However, this is not an automatic authorisation for every product. Any use of a health claim must always be verified according to the exact plant species, plant part used, raw material form, dosage and current regulatory practice.
Wild oregano P73 oil
What it is: Oil from wild-growing oregano, one of the main specialisations of the NAHS brand.
Function: It defines the botanical profile of the drops and adds the typical aromatic components of oregano to the blend.
Possible claim connection: For Origanum vulgare, botanical on-hold registers include, among other things, areas related to the upper respiratory tract / immunity and normal digestion. The use of a specific claim should be verified according to the raw material form and dosage.
Benefits: Oregano oil has a pronounced taste. Follow the recommended dosage and do not combine it with other oregano oils without checking the total intake.
Cinnamon bark oil
What it is: Aromatic oil from cinnamon bark with a distinct spicy profile.
Function: It adds a warming flavour and aromatic character to the blend.
Possible claim connection: For cinnamon bark, botanical on-hold registers mention areas of normal digestion and normal function of the respiratory system. With cinnamon, the species, plant part and form used must be verified separately.
Benefits: The cinnamon component is intense. For more sensitive individuals, it is advisable to take the drops with food.
Wild sage oil
What it is: Oil from wild sage, an herb with a typically herbal and slightly resinous aroma.
Function: It expands the botanical profile with an herbal component rich in naturally occurring aromatic substances.
Possible claim connection: For sage and sage essential oil, botanical on-hold registers include, among other things, areas of normal respiratory system function, natural defences, normal digestion and antioxidant activity. The specific claim must be verified according to the sage species and raw material form.
Benefits: In the case of long-term health issues, pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult use with a doctor.
Caraway oil
What it is: Oil from caraway with a characteristic spicy aroma.
Function: It adds another aromatic plant component to the blend and contributes to the flavour profile of the drops.
Possible claim connection: For caraway essential oil, botanical on-hold registers include areas of normal digestion and normal function of the respiratory system. Before using a claim, it is advisable to verify consistency with the declared raw material and dosage.
Benefits: Concentrated oil components require precise dosing according to the label.
Extra virgin olive oil
What it is: A plant oil used as the carrier base of the drops.
Function: It softens the intensity of aromatic oils and makes dosing in small amounts easier.
Possible claim connection: For olive oil polyphenols, there is an authorised claim regarding the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, but only when conditions are met, including an intake of 20 g of olive oil daily and the polyphenol content. Therefore, we do not use an olive oil claim for this drop product.
Benefits: With oil drops, the taste may naturally be pronounced. Taking them with food may be easier for more sensitive individuals.

FAQ
What is OregaRESP 4-in-1?
OregaRESP 4-in-1 is a dietary supplement in oil drops with a combination of wild oregano P73, wild sage, caraway and cinnamon bark in extra virgin olive oil. It is a concentrated drop form for adults who prefer plant-based oil supplements without an alcohol base.

Who is OregaRESP intended for?
OregaRESP is intended for adults looking for a herbal drop complex with oregano P73 and other aromatic plant oils. Suitability depends on tolerance of oregano, sage, caraway, cinnamon and concentrated oil drops.

What queries do people most often search for OregaRESP with?
People most often search for OregaRESP in queries related to oregano oil, Oreganol P73, oregano drops, concentrated herbal oils and the North American Herb & Spice brand. In the text, we do not present it as a medicine or a substitute for professional care.

What are the ingredients of OregaRESP?
The formula consists of an oil complex of wild oregano P73, wild sage, caraway, cinnamon bark and extra virgin olive oil. It is a short formula without a long list of auxiliary substances.

What does the designation P73 mean?
The designation P73 refers to the typical oregano oil of the North American Herb & Spice brand and its profile of naturally occurring phenolic substances, especially carvacrol. For customers, P73 is often the main distinguishing feature compared with regular oregano oils.

What is carvacrol and why is it monitored in oregano?
Carvacrol is a naturally occurring phenolic component of oregano and oregano oil. In oregano oils, it is monitored mainly as part of the plant’s natural aromatic profile, not as a standalone therapeutic claim.

How does OregaRESP differ from regular oregano oil?
OregaRESP is not a single-species oregano oil. It combines oregano P73 with sage, caraway and cinnamon bark in olive oil. Compared with regular oregano oil, it therefore offers a broader botanical formula and a more pronounced spicy profile.

What is the difference between OregaRESP and Oreganol P73?
Oreganol P73 focuses primarily on wild oregano P73. OregaRESP, by contrast, combines oregano P73 with other spicy oils, specifically sage, caraway and cinnamon bark. The choice mainly depends on whether the customer prefers a simpler oregano form or a multi-ingredient herbal complex.

How to choose between OregaRESP drops and OregaRESP capsules?
Drops suit people who prefer an oil form and drop-by-drop dosing. Capsules are more suitable for users sensitive to taste sensations or for those who prefer a fixed dose without direct contact with a pronounced herbal oil.

How is OregaRESP dosed?
The recommended dosage is 6 drops 2× daily. The drops can be taken under the tongue, or with food or a drink according to tolerance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage stated on the label.

How long does a 30 ml pack last?
At a dosage of 6 drops 2× daily, a 30 ml pack lasts approximately 50 days. The actual duration may vary slightly depending on drop size, dosing method and use of the dropper.

Is it better to take it under the tongue, with food or in a drink?
All these methods can be practical. Taking it under the tongue suits people who want direct drop dosing. Taking it with food or a drink is usually more suitable for people sensitive to the pronounced taste and intensity of concentrated herbal oils.

Can OregaRESP be mixed in water or juice?
Yes, the drops can also be taken with a drink. Because this is an oil form, some of the oil may remain on the surface. When used in a drink, drink it without unnecessary delay so that the dose remains as accurate as possible.

What does OregaRESP taste like?
The drops have a pronounced herbal, spicy and slightly warming flavour profile. Oregano, sage, caraway and cinnamon bark are the most noticeable. The taste is naturally more intense than with regular capsules or powdered supplements.

What should I do if the taste is too intense?
The drops can be taken with food or a drink. For more sensitive individuals, it is advisable to follow the recommended dosage, drink well after taking the drops or take them after a meal. Do not increase the dosage solely because of the subjective intensity of the taste.

Is OregaRESP alcohol-free?
Yes. OregaRESP is an oil-based drop form without an alcohol base. The carrier part consists of extra virgin olive oil, not an alcohol tincture.

Is OregaRESP suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
According to the stated ingredients, it is a plant-based oil supplement. However, for formal labelling as vegan, the current label and manufacturer documentation for the specific batch are decisive.

Does OregaRESP contain palm oil?
No, the oil base is extra virgin olive oil. Palm oil is not part of the stated formula.

What role does extra virgin olive oil play in the formula?
Extra virgin olive oil forms the carrier oil base. It helps soften the intensity of aromatic herbal oils and enables precise drop dosing.

What allergens or sensitivities should be monitored?
For sensitive individuals, it is advisable to monitor primarily oregano, sage, caraway, cinnamon and concentrated aromatic oils in general. If allergic to any ingredient, do not use the product without professional assessment.

Is OregaRESP intended for children?
No. In this text, OregaRESP is intended for adults. Keep it out of reach of children and do not introduce it to children without individual consultation with a doctor.

Is OregaRESP suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consultation with a doctor is advisable. Concentrated herbal oils require individual professional assessment, especially in cases of sensitivity to aromatic plant ingredients.

Can OregaRESP be used while taking medication?
When taking medication, consult the inclusion of OregaRESP with a doctor or pharmacist. This applies especially to long-term medication, combining several dietary supplements or chronic health issues.

When is greater caution appropriate?
Greater caution is appropriate in case of allergy to any ingredient, pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medication, for children, with sensitive digestion and in the case of long-term health issues. In these cases, it is advisable to consult use with a doctor.

Can OregaRESP be combined with vitamin C, magnesium or electrolytes?
Generally yes, provided you follow the recommended dosage of the individual supplements. Vitamin C, magnesium and electrolytes belong to a different nutritional category than concentrated herbal oils. When using several supplements at the same time, always monitor the dosage on the labels.

Can OregaRESP be combined with other oregano oils?
Combining it with other oregano oils is not suitable without checking the total daily intake. With similar products, always compare labels, dosage and concentration of aromatic oils.

What should I do if I miss a dose or exceed the dosage?
If you miss a dose, continue according to the label and do not double the dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

How should OregaRESP be stored and what do batch differences mean?
Store according to the information on the packaging, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. With natural oil supplements, colour, aroma or taste intensity may vary slightly depending on the raw material batch. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or has an unusual appearance or odour.

What about sustainability, raw material origin and packaging?
OregaRESP corresponds to a selection focused on clear ingredients, plant-based raw materials, an alcohol-free form, absence of palm oil and a glass bottle. For sustainability, it is advisable to distinguish between raw material origin, collection method, packaging material and any certifications of the specific product.

What makes the North American Herb & Spice brand specific?
North American Herb & Spice is an American dietary supplement brand focused on wild-growing herbs, spices and plant oils. In many products, it works with distinctive aromatic raw materials such as wild oregano P73, sage, caraway, cinnamon or other concentrated plant oils.
For the customer, the main difference is the emphasis on raw material origin, simple formulas, drop dosing and recipes without unnecessary technological ingredients.
