Výrazně pomohl. Přibližně 3. den od začátku protokolu jsem zažil intenzivní změny ve střevech: cca. 2 - 3 následující dny obrovská únava a potřeba mnohem více spánku; poté výrazná úleva v tlaku podbřišku a zmírnění napětí v bederní oblasti; úbytek chutí na NOK potraviny, lepší vylučování (odvod hlenu se stolicí) a lepší funkce břišních svalů. Během 7 dní používání produktu jsem pocítil maximální rozdíl, produkt používám nadále a již nepozoruji drastické změny, ani nijak náročný průběh. Pro klarifikaci: V rámci protokolu jsem dodržoval eliminační dietu; 1 - 2 dávky Microbiom Breakthrough denně (vždy nalačno ráno + typicky během odpoledne po strávení předchozího jídla) + kombinace Herbal Power Flush (1 tableta) každý večer před spánkem a 3 kapsle P3-OM každý večer před spánkem. Produkt chutná velice dobře samotný a dobře se mísí s proteinovým nápojem. Cítil jsem značný efekt od prvního doušku! Všechny produkty BiOptimizers mi vždy doručily výsledky!
