Migraine - an unwelcome guest

Migraine is one of the most common health problems in the world and one of the top 20 causes of disability in adults. Women tend to suffer from migraine three times more often than men. Approximately 60% of women have regular migraines that coincide with their menstrual cycle.

What causes a migraine?

Also, aged cheese, bananas, caffeine, chicken liver, MSG, alcohol (especially red wine), yeast products (including bread), chocolate, red meat, shellfish, but the list is so extensive and individual that it is impossible to be precise and must be experimented with.
