Ceylon Kokonuti 's medium grated raw coconut has a lovely milky taste, coconut aroma and crunchy texture. It is dried at low temperatures to preserve as much as possible not only its taste and aroma, but also its active ingredients. Then grate the slices of coconut pulp. The milk content of the coconut kernels remains intact and gives the coconut slices a fresh milky crunch.

This shredded coconut is naturally crunchy and has a pure coconut aroma. It is more flavourful than standard desiccated coconut because its aroma has not been destroyed by the high temperature and the moisture has not been squeezed out before drying.
