Its smooth texture and neutral taste make it an ideal addition to any liquid without creating a greasy film on the surface.
MCT oil is a medium-chain form of fat that is more water-soluble and easily absorbed by the body due to its structure. Once consumed, it goes directly to the liver, making it an immediately usable source of energy. The brain can even use it as fuel instead of glucose.

Velmi spokojen. Chuťově výborné, místo smetany do čehokoliv, občas si dávám jen na lžičku a přímo konzumuji. Velmi rychlý start ketózy, či velmi silné zvýšení už probíhající ketózy ( měřím z krve). Pocit rychlé energie ať už na fyzickou práci tak na mentální práci.
