Solution with a high dose of vitamin B12
Vitamin B12, also known as "cobalamin", is one of the most versatile vitamins and one of the vitamins we often lack in our bodies. It is particularly important for cell division, but also plays a role in blood formation and in the transmission of nerve signals.
If the body lacks vitamin B12, symptoms such as fatigue or anaemia can occur.
ZellKraft drops are ideal for correcting or preventing vitamin B12 deficiency. It is available in liquid form and is intended to be administered as drops - so that it can be absorbed by the oral mucosa in the shortest possible time.
Vitamin B12 deficiency on a vegan diet
Because vitamin B12 is produced by microorganisms in nature, it is found almost exclusively in animal foods. For people who eat a vegan diet, it is therefore difficult to ensure a sufficient supply of vitamin B12.
It is for such people that ZellKraft is the ideal dietary supplement. The cobalamin it contains was obtained synthetically and is stabilized with vegetable glycerin, making it 100% vegetable.
What distinguishes vitamin B12 in drops - ZellKraft?
ZellKraft vitamin B12 is characterized by its high dosage. A single drop provides approximately 250 µg of vitamin B12, which is more than enough to cover the entire daily requirement of a healthy adult (for children, ZellKind is preferable with a lower dosage).
With approximately 1,700 drops, ZellKraft is also very economical, especially compared to commercially available capsule preparations. In addition, it is composed of two particularly bioactive forms of cobalamin, namely adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin.
The two forms were combined in a ratio that is considered optimal, i.e. 4:1. This ensures maximum bioavailability.
Recommended daily dose of B12
Recommendations for daily intake of vitamin B12 vary between countries.
- In the US, the recommended daily intake is 2.4 micrograms per day for adults, 2.8 micrograms for lactating women.
- In Germany, they recommend 3 micrograms per day.
- n/a - Not applicable. Infants should be given breast milk or baby food that contains the necessary amount of vitamin B12.
- Doses much larger than these are considered safe, but it's probably best not to take more than double the recommended amounts.
