How to clean your sinuses with a teapot

In taboo VIDEOS you will find a video of Dr Nespor showing how he cleans his sinuses. You can find a lot of videos on YouTube, but not many in English. That's why I recommend to watch the English videos for more information. I have also noticed that in the videos people use ordinary tap water and nasty chemical white salt that has no minerals and is literally irritating to the point of burning. Do not do this, use boiled water and only natural and preferably pink salt.

The temperature of the water must be lukewarm, ideally 38.5-39 oC, so mix half boiled water and half cold water - still natural mineral water, so you don't have to wait for the hot water to cool down. It's good to have a thermometer for this. After cleaning, be sure to dry your nose well by blowing it 10 times on both nostrils at the same time, then 10 times on each nostril separately, and finally 10 times on both nostrils again. Inhale through the mouth and exhale forcefully through the nose. We recommend a stainless steel teapot as in the picture. This teapot holds 450ml of water, for this volume we use a heaping teaspoon of our Real Salt™ Neti salt. This volume is sufficient to clean both nasal cavities.

Real salt and the composition of human blood
