    Favourite chocolate manufacturers

    • The fair trade chocolate specialist is the brand Chocolat Madagascar. As the name suggests, the brand originates from Madagascar and everything from growing to packaging takes place on the island. It has thus elevated the concept of "fair trade" production to "raise trade". It is a brand that has been producing the finest quality chocolate according to a traditional recipe since 1941.
    • Other chocolate specialists are small British manufacturers Tosier Chocolatemakerwho only produce limited micro batches of dark chocolates. Interestingly, they specifically roast only cocoa beans that come from 5% of the world's best plantations.
    • Thirdly, we have included the Belgian tradition of chocolate production with the brand Incacaowhich has a unique chocolate enriched with collagen and MCT oil. The manufacturer does not use any sugar, but special sweeteners that are easily digestible and have a low glycemic index.

    All of the chocolates in our range are high-end, tasting chocolates and are among the best that can be found on the market. It will spoil the palate of the classic chocolate lover, but it will also delight the chocolate connoisseur who will enjoy the subtle differences in the taste of chocolate according to the variety of cocoa beans or the location of their cultivation.
