Vitamins and antioxidants
There are about 13 basic types of vitamins (some of them, such as vitamin C, E and A are also among the important antioxidants). These micronutrients are absolutely essential for a wide range of bodily processes. However, most of them cannot be produced by the body itself and therefore need to be supplied from outside. The best source of vitamins is a varied diet.
Nowadays, however, due to the nutrient-poor soil, even a varied diet can unfortunately be insufficient in this respect. We therefore recommend supplementing these nutrients as needed. When choosing vitamins, quality is of course important, prefer organic, wholefood from whole foods or the absolute novelty in the world of supplements - liposomal vitamins, which have absolutely unrivalled absorption.
