The Bionova brand is part of the FZ ORGANIC FOODcompany, a family business with a long tradition. The company was founded in 1983 by Frans Andringa, who expanded its original focus on cheese sales to include organic products such as jams, chips and other organic foods. Today, the business is run by his sons Folmer and Bjorn Andringa, making it a third-generation family business.
Bion's philosophy is based on respect for nature and the environment, thus remaining in line with the principles of conscious and sustainable eating. In addition to Bionova , FZ ORGANIC FOOD also covers other brands such as Yakso , Trafo and Biofan, thereby contributing to a higher quality and healthier offering on the market.
