Papaya seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the papaya fruit (paw paw). It is rich in essential fatty acids omega 6 and 9, vitamins A and C and potassium.

The oleic acid content is very similar to that of olive oil, so the oil is very stable and has a long shelf life (2-3 years).

It also contains the enzyme papain, which helps dissolve excess sebum and impurities on the skin, gently removes dead skin cells and can be used on oily or problematic skin.

This claim means that the raw material comes from one geographical area(as opposed to raw materials taken from several countries around the world and then mixed together = a common practice for cheap products from so-called private labels).

None of Ceylon Kokonati's products is a so-called blend of several different ingredients from different parts of the world, bought at the cheapest prices. In English it is called'not blended'.
