The spices for grilled meat are made according to a secret recipe and give every meat a great spicy taste.
Ingredients
Garlic (32 %), salt, green pepper (22 %), sugar, black pepper, spices, rapeseed oil, herbs, citric acid.
Usage:
- Shake before use.
- Don't use the spices in advance to avoid overcooking the peppers that are in it.
- Do not use salt either, as it is already in the spices.
- First grill/roast the meat/steak lightly for 2 - 5 minutes on one side.
- Then reverse. Season the seared or grilled side with the spice mixture.
- Once the other side is browned or grilled, repeat the process
- The spice mixture is also suitable for marinades or other types of meat - e.g. golden chicken with a crispy crust.
